In their season opener the AFC Hornchurch Academy hosted Takeley FC in the FA Youth Cup preliminary round and a superb brace from Armando Quitirna settled the tie as the Urchins ran out 2-0 winners.

Brentwood Town, who beat Stanway Rovers 2-1 will be the Urchins’ first qualifying round opponents.

The tie will be played at Brentwood Town on Tuesday 19th September, 7:30pm kick off.
